- CANCELLATION POLICIES: The maximum cancellation period is 48 hours before the day of arrival, otherwise, a penalty of 100% of the value of the first night will be generated. In case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to bill 100% of the total value of the stay.

In case of early check in, the client must reserve the room from the previous day. If the client needs to leave after the set time, he must check in advance with the hotel reservation office, to verify the availability. - LATE CHECK OUT / LATE DEPARTURE will have a 50% surcharge plus taxes until 5 Pm, after this time full rate plus taxes will be charged.
- NON-SMOKING POLICY: Be aware that in our facilities and rooms it is forbidden to smoke, attending this national law against tobacco. According to Resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008 of the Ministry of social protection, it is forbidden to smoke in enclosed spaces, for which smoking inside the rooms or hotel facilities will generate a fine charged to your hotel account for a value of USD 76 which will be used for the process of cleaning and reconditioning of the room.
