Accommodation Program 3 days 2 nights Cabin

INCLUDED IN THE STAY:
1. Accommodation:
• Fully equipped cabin, 4-star category, with barbecue area.
• Included items: tableware, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, kitchen towel, microwave, bath towels, hand soap, welcome toilet paper, hairdryer.
2. Dining:
• Country-style breakfast served in our Restaurant for two morning (09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.).
• Lunch for three days at Los Hornitos del Molle Restaurant: Appetizer, Starter, Main Course, Dessert, one drink (natural juice, soft drink, nectar, bottled water, beer or glass of wine), Coffee. Choice of 4 or more options.
3. Recreation:
• An outdoor hot tub session must be arranged in advance with Reception.
• Access to outdoor pools (cold water).
• Access to green areas and children's playgrounds.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE STAY:
• Housekeeping Service: $16.500 Chilean pesos per request, subject to availability.
• Laundry Service: $16.500 Chilean pesos per load, subject to availability.
• Dry Sauna: $38.000 Chilean pesos per session.
• Mechanical bed massages with Jade rollers: $5.000 Chilean pesos for 30 minutes.
• Dinning: dinner.




INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICES THAT EL REFUGIO HAS:

OBSERVATIONS:
• Bath towels will be provided, but not towels for outdoor use (pool or hot tub).
• Bathrobes will be provided only for hot tub use.
• It is forbidden to carry glass or china in the pool areas, both heated and cold water, as well as in the tubs.
• The pellet and firewood load for the stove is one per day and has an average duration of 4 hours. The pellet stove keeps the cabin heated for approximately 6 hours with the load provided.
If more pellets are required, bags are available for sale at $7,000 Chilean pesos each.
• The Boutique Hotel area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests, including the natural pool, the sensory garden, the SPA (heated pool, dry sauna, and Turkish bath) and the fruit trees.

SCHEDULES:
• Check-in: accommodation delivery at 03:30 p.m. Arrivals from noon to our facilities are allowed.
• Check-out: accommodation departure at 11:00 a.m. It is allowed to stay on our premises until 05:00 p.m. after checking out.
• If you arrive after 06:00 p.m., please notify us to coordinate the accommodation delivery. The latest check-in time is 10:00 p.m.
• Dinner is served from: 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM and dinner choices must be made in advance based on the daily offerings. Coordination until 4:00 PM. Menu prices are:
- 2-course menu (main course and dessert): $21.500 Chilean pesos per person, beverage not included.
- 3-course menu (appetizer, main course, and dessert): $26.000 Chilean pesos per person, beverage not included.

CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF OUTDOOR HOT TUBS:
• It must be requested at least 24 hours in advance until 04:30 p.m. Once reserved, it will be charged even if not used.
• The hot tub session is unique and takes place on the requested day starting from 08:00 p.m. Its duration is approximately 4 hours, and it cannot be used the next day.
• Each hot tub is reserved for a specific cabin. If a hot tub reserved for another cabin is used, an extra hot tub will be charged at $40.000 Chilean pesos.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE OUTDOOR HOT TUBS:
• Each hot tub is identified with the number of the cabin or room.
• It is recommended to check the boiler from 05:30 p.m. onwards and replenish firewood if necessary.
• When covering the boiler, make sure to leave space for ventilation.
• Before entering, mix the water with the wooden paddle in a swirling motion.
• Never add water to the boiler; to lower the temperature, use the cold-water tap.
• Avoid leaning on the wooden grate covering the boiler.
• Do not touch any metal parts of the hot tub.
