INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICES THAT EL REFUGIO HAS:
SCHEDULES:
- Check-in: 03:30 p.m. hours delivery of accommodation. Arrivals after noon to our facilities are allowed.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m. check-out of the accommodation. It is allowed to stay in our facilities until 05:00 p.m. , after the accommodation is delivered.
- If you arrive after 06:00 p.m. hours you must notify us to coordinate the delivery of the accommodation. The maximum time for late check-in is 10:00 p.m..
- The restaurant is open from 01:00 p.m. to 04:30 p.m. . The prices of the menus are:
- 2-course menu (main course and dessert): $19.500 Chilean pesos per person, not including drinks.
- 3 course menu (appetizer, main course and dessert): $24.000 Chilean pesos per person, not including beverage.
- Dinner is served from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the dinner menu must be chosen in advance based on the alternatives offered daily. Coordination until 4:00 p.m. The prices of the menus are:
- 2 course menu (main course and dessert): $21.500 Chilean pesos per person, not including beverage.
- 3 course menu (appetizer, main course and dessert): $26.000 Chilean pesos per person, not including beverage.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF HOT TUBS (not included in the stay):
- The tubs must be coordinated or requested with 24 hrs. in advance until 4:30 p.m.
- Once requested, it cannot be cancelled, as it will be charged even if you do not use it.
- The tub session is 1 time, and it is used on the day it was requested starting at 08:00 p.m. (approximate time, and its duration is about 4 hours) and cannot be used again the next day.
- Each tub is reserved with a sign indicating specifically for which cabin or hotel room was prepared, if you occupy the tub reserved for another person they will be charged for an extra tub, the value of this is $40.000 Chilean pesos.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE JADES BEDS:
- Use for over 14 years.
- The maximum support weight of the stretchers is 120 kilos.
- The time is scheduled at Reception, as long as there is availability.
- Jade beds cannot be used with wet or damp clothing.
Contraindications:
- Contraindicated for pregnant women.
- Contraindicated for people suffering from osteoporosis.
- Contraindicated for people with pacemakers or bypass.
- Not recommended for people with cancer or chemotherapy treatment.
- Not recommended for people recently operated or with back injuries.
