MODIFICATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES
Modifying a reservation is equivalent to canceling the old reservation, with all the penalty fees that may apply, and to reserve a new reservation with all the reservation policies of the new reservation.
Early departure after check-in equals cancellation of unused nights and all cancellation rules apply to canceled nights.

CANCELLATIONS

No refund, no credit. The advance deposit and the final payment are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE
The modification of a reservation is considered as a cancellation and new reservation. All the cancellation policy applies
It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment by the deposit of another canceled apartment
Missing of second payment at the established date implies the cancellation of booking with no refund of advance deposit.

Cancellation 15 days before arrival date: full refund, no charge. no penal fee
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date: 2 nights penal fee
