Payment conditions

Our rates do NOT includes taxes, we will charge 10% of service fee for all bookings, and we will verify your migratory status to add 12% VAT if you are Ecuadorian resident.

Standard rates:
A 20% non-refundable deposit of total booking amount is needed to confirm any reservation.
Full payment is needed 45 days prior to the date our services are due to begin.
For departures during peak season a non-refundable deposit of 30% is needed to confirm and the total payment 75 days prior to the date our services are due to begin.
Non refundable rates (NR):
100% of the total amount of the reservation may be charged any moment after the booking is made.

Conditions for stays with children:

Children of any age can be accommodated.

Conditions about cribs and extra beds:
0 - 2 years >> Extra bed on request >> Free of charge.
More than 3 years >> Extra bed on request >> US$85 per person per night

The price of extra beds is not included in the total price and has to be paid separately during the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Standard rates:
If cancellation is received between the date of booking and 46 days before arrival date, we will charge 20% as a cancellation fee.
If cancellation is received between 45 to 30 days before arrival, a 50% penalty is applied.
If cancellation is received between 29 and 0 days before arrival, we will charge 100% as a cancellation fee.
For dates during peak season (December 21st thru January 2nd):
If cancellation is received between the date of booking until 76 days prior the date our services are due to begin, we will charge 30% as a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is received between 75 to 45 days before arrival, a 50% penalty is applied.
If a cancellation is received between 44 and 0 days prior the date our services are due to begin, we will charge 100% cancellation fee.

Non refundable rates (NR):
Cancellation at any time or No show, will result in a charge of 100% of the total amount.
