NON-RESIDENTS EXEMPT FROM VAT TAX
The collection of 19% VAT on tourist services restarted on January 1, 2023, however, a VAT exemption can be applied to Non-residents who comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016, Showing valid stamp of Entry and Permanence Permit: PT or current temporary Visa with a tourist Visa stamp (V) on your physical Passport, otherwise we cannot make the exemption.

Note: Advance payments will always be made before VAT, in the cases of guest who are NOT exempt, they must pay the value corresponding to VAT at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICIES
Reservation guarantee policies:
-Hotels in Medellín (Novelty, Leblon and Portal del Rodeo): 5 days before.
-Apartments in Medellín: Alcázar: 7 days before and Affinity: 14 days before.
-Boutique Hotels in Jardín, Santa Fe de Antioquia and Cauca Viejo - Jericó (Casa Passiflora, Casa Bixa and Casa Jacaranda): 30% of the total reservation is charged at the time of making it, which is NOT refundable and the remaining 70% must be paid 10 days before the arrival date.

-For group reservations in the Hotels and Apartments of Medellín: the guarantee must be made: 20% at the time of reservation (Non-refundable), 40% 45 days before the arrival date and the remaining 40% 20 days before of the arrival date.
-For group reservations in the Boutique Hotels of the heritage towns: the guarantee must be made: 30% at the time of reservation (Non-refundable), 40% 45 days before the arrival date and the remaining 30% 20 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation and/or reservation modification policies:
