Payment Conditions:
Your reservation requires an advance payment of 50%, we offer a bank transfer option to the BANCOLOMBIA Savings account No. 526-8050-2692 in the name of CB GROUP SAS Nit 901.092.640-6 / if you wish to make the payment by PSE or credit card, you can request a payment link to our email reservas@hotelemerawaa.co or WhatsApp +57 3157308857. THIS PAYMENT MUST BE MADE UP TO 5 DAYS AFTER THE RESERVATION IS MADE TO PREVENT IT FROM BEING CANCELED. Please send the receipt by mail or WhatsApp.
In case of canceling within the stipulated period, maximum 2 days before the arrival date, the amount paid in advance will be refund in the conditions and times that are agreed upon at the moment of cancellation. If it is canceled outside this period or the guest not presented to the reservation, the amount charged will be assumed as a penalty fee.

Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in to the room: 3:00 pm (15:00 hrs)
Room check-out: 1:00 pm (1:00 pm)
* If you need to check out before 7:00 am, notify the day before.
* Breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.
* Lunch 12:30m to 3:00 pm (with previous request, menus of the day are offered)
* We do not have a nightly restaurant service. You can request menus of restaurants for delivery at the reception desk.
* We adapt our menu to any food restriction.
* Music in private rooms is allowed at a prudent volume until 8 pm

Pets:
* It must be informed in advance and only small or medium / small size pets are allowed with a fee of 30,000 COP / night. Care must be taken and any damage caused to hotel items will be charged.

Minors:
* Minors (-18) must be accompanied by their parents.
* Children up to 5 years old stay free in existing beds without breakfast included, if they require additional beds it will cost. Children from 6 years to 11 years have an additional cost. Children 12 years and over are considered as an adult rate.
Taxes:
19% VAT exemption until December 31, 2021 according to Law 2068 of 2020
Hotel services provided to residents abroad are exempt from VAT. If the guest is a non-resident foreigner, they must present their passport, the Andean card or the Mercosur card, to verify said condition and the hotel will have to keep a photocopy of such document with entry stamps to the country of less than 180 days.

Other conditions:
* All our rooms are NON-SMOKING. According to Resolution 1956 of March 2008 of the Ministry of Social Protection, SMOKING is PROHIBITED indoors, public or private places, for this the Hotel has free areas. Violation of this rule results in an economic sanction to the guest of $ 50USD
* Visitors are not allowed inside the room, they must be attended in the social area.
* If an additional person enters the room, they must pay $ 60,000 / night before entering.
* Visitors who wish to use the pool must pay an additional fee at the reception.
* If you require additional services, please inform the reception to coordinate them in a timely manner.
* For people who require a taxi, they must request it with our staff.
* Take into account the recommendations on good behavior published in the establishment.
* All items that correspond to the equipment or implements of the room have a cost and will be billed in case of damage or loss during your stay.
* The loss or damage of the room key has a cost of $ 25,000 that will be charged to the guest's account.
* Once the room is delivered, no total or partial refunds are made.

* Hotel Emerawaa informs the guest that the EXPLOITATION AND SEXUAL ABUSE OF MINORS IN COLOMBIA, ARE CIVIL AND PENALLY PUNISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW 679 OF 2001.
* Hotel Emerawaa requires compliance with government regulations on the prevention of COVID-19 and has the CHECK IN CERTIFICATE seal of the National Government in compliance with the Biosafety protocol verified by GLOBAL COLOMBIA CERTIFICACION SAS.
* Hotel Emerawaa has policies to save energy and water, we appreciate you please turn off lights that are not being used in all areas of the hotel. Disconnect electronic devices.
By booking and staying with us you accept the regulations indicated on these pages. Furthermore, you are aware that if they find me / us smoking in the rooms, or they find me / us consuming or possessing illegal narcotics, they will invite me to leave the hotel.
