Reservations:
-It is the sole responsibility of the person making the reservation to verify that the confirmation corresponds to the request.
-Guests must make a reservation for the maximum number of people allowed in a room. In the case of a double room, confirmation of the type of bed desired (TWN or MAT) is required, and the assignment will be subject to hotel availability.
-Any changes to the reservation (room, days) must be made 72 hours in advance.
-To confirm the reservation, we require the following information: first name, last name, email address (with confirmation), telephone number, and nationality.
-For reservations of more than 5 rooms (groups) or more than 9 guests, the rates do not apply. To make a reservation, please contact ioranaof@entelchile.net to find out the hotel's group rates.

Payments:
-The price shown is a reference price. To confirm the currency conversion, it must be confirmed by the hotel. 
-Payments are made directly through the booking engine on the website.
-Payment methods: Deposit, bank transfers (USD or Chilean pesos), credit cards, debit cards.

Prices are in USD net, as the island is exempt from VAT (Law No. 16,441).

Cancellation:
-Individual: 30 business days before the arrival of the guests. (*)

Fines:
-Individual: 29-15 days before arrival, pay a fine of 01 night's accommodation.
14-00 days before arrival, pay 100% of the reservation.
-No Show: No Show for Individual or Group, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Plus the additional 19% VAT.

Washing clothes in rooms and/or bathrooms is prohibited.
-In case of violation, a fine of USD 100 will be charged.

-All rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking areas.
