For all individual reservations (1 - 4 rooms) a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the invoice is required upon written confirmation. The remaining 50% of the invoice should be paid 30 days prior the guests arrival, otherwise the spaces will be released. For last-minute reservations made fewer than 29 days prior to arrival, we require full payment upon reservation.
